What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train part-time collection employees
• set expectations and coach staff
• plan backup coverage
• confirm staffing and respond to call-offs and service interruptions
• visit communities and audit service
• assist with collection when needed
• communicate with property managers
• maintain payroll, service reports, and employee documentation
• track service issues
• and coordinate new community launches.
