What you'll do

• Greet and engage Detroit At Work participants at on-site and off-site events, conduct intakes, provide service orientations and referrals, and support neighborhood outreach.
• Coach customers on career goals and barriers, connect them with community services, coordinate training and workshops, verify service availability and eligibility with partner organizations, follow up with customers and partners, share barrier-resolution updates with career coaches, refer customers to job leads, verify employment, and maintain required customer, attendance, activity, and service reports.
