Home Infusion Registered Nurse

Job overview

The Home Infusion Registered Nurse role is onsite in Albany, NY, with compensation of $50–$55 per hour. KabaFusion’s home infusion nurses work with an interdisciplinary team to support safe administration of prescribed infusion therapies in patients’ homes. The nurse provides one-on-one care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s treatment plan, using clinical IV skills to support patient care and build ongoing relationships. The role contributes to KabaFusion’s goal of exceptional patient care and positive clinical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one home infusion care and patient education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment
• use clinical IV experience and IV-start skills to help administer prescribed therapies safely in the home setting
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
