• manage schedules and ETAs with Dispatch
• track quote approvals and service-level performance
• report metrics and service gaps
• support margin and cost tracking
• coordinate invoice readiness
• administer preventative-maintenance schedules and contracts
• track after-the-fact quotes
• review completed work orders for month-end close.
