Onsite IT Support Technician

Job overview

The Onsite IT Support Technician works onsite in Overland Park, KS. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. As the primary onsite IT resource, the technician resolves endpoint and office technology issues, maintains device assets, and supports local infrastructure projects while coordinating with remote engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, operating system, and network connectivity issues
• provision and deprovision devices and accounts
• escalate complex issues
• support office networking, conference room technology, and workplace systems
• coordinate vendors
• manage device inventory, deployment, refresh, and retirement
• assist with office moves, events, maintenance windows, and IT projects
• maintain tickets, documentation, and inventory records.
