What you'll do

• Interact with homeowners and insurance agents by phone, email, and in person
• schedule and conduct onsite property inspections according to carrier guidelines
• document construction features and finishes
• capture measurements, photographs, and observations
• identify underwriting concerns, hazards, and loss exposures
• develop replacement cost estimates
• submit complete web-based reports
• enter inspection information in Loss Control 360.
