What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders and product teams to gather, refine, and document Workday HCM requirements
• support Core HCM configuration, enhancement, and optimization
• translate requirements into functional capabilities and scalable designs
• coordinate user acceptance testing, issue tracking, validation, and defect-resolution support
• collaborate with executives, product owners, and cross-functional partners
• provide functional guidance on the Workday Business Process Framework.
