What you'll do

• Prepare meal items according to planned menus and standardized recipes
• review resident census and production guides to determine food quantities
• follow safe food-handling guidelines and applicable codes
• assist with food ordering and storage as designated
• prepare meals on time
• use nutritionally equivalent substitutes when required.
