What you'll do

• Sell and service personal, commercial, and life insurance products
• prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and outreach
• build client relationships through consultative sales and follow-up
• learn agency operations and business development from agency owners
• meet monthly sales and production goals
• participate in mentorship, training, and coaching
• complete required licensing and University of Farmers training
• maintain client records and policy documentation
• present insurance solutions based on client needs.
