What you'll do

• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs
• prepare apartments for turns
• maintain the maintenance shop and supply inventory
• conduct safety inspections and address hazards
• coordinate with vendors for appliance replacements
• respond to emergency maintenance requests outside regular hours
• comply with workplace safety and OSHA regulations
• meet with tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors onsite.
