Bilingual Teller

What you'll do

• Listen to members’ needs and explain relevant deposit accounts, loans, and credit card products and services
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing
• respond to account and service inquiries and discrepancies
• follow cash and dual-control procedures
• and balance and document daily work and cash drawer. Professional fluency in two languages, spoken and written, is required. Occasional regional travel to other branches may be required.
