Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative role is onsite in Windsor, CO, at $19.95–$21.72 per hour, plus incentives and an annual 3% target bonus. The position supports Wings Credit Union’s member service and retention goals during its merger with Ent Credit Union. What you'll do

• Complete face-to-face member transactions, including new account creation and account and card file maintenance
• maintain knowledge of products and services and provide appropriate referrals
• comply with credit union policies, safety and service standards, BSA and CFPB requirements
• complete job training
• maintain a cash drawer according to policy.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery required; sales experience preferred; no certifications required.
