Sales Coordinator

Job overview

The Sales Coordinator role is onsite in Santa Clara, CA, and pays $24 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage inbound inquiries and outbound lead outreach
• recommend appropriate next steps
• qualify leads and schedule consultations with household sales representatives
• complete month-end reporting
• follow up on appointment updates
• support sales representatives with customer, financing, scheduling, and issue resolution
• coordinate installations
• assist with contracts and sales documentation
• validate financing details
• submit funding remittance requests
• support marketing campaigns and analyze lead trends.
