What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse-prevention support
• maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
• meet direct-service productivity expectations
• provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources
• and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through meetings and supervision. The role requires a relevant master’s degree and an active Washington license as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or associate-level equivalent.
