What you'll do

• Build working relationships with client management and stakeholders
• anticipate staffing needs and recruit temporary associates
• communicate with client personnel, associates, and company staff
• meet with client supervisors about associate performance and concerns
• learn client facilities, positions, and policies
• coordinate with branch, regional, and corporate teams
• help identify and assign associates
• maintain contact with the associate pool about availability
• conduct new-hire orientations
• respond to concerns and document resolutions
• walk the floor to observe operations, address safety issues, and assess production demands
• complete injury reports and assist injured workers in obtaining medical treatment
• monitor turnover and develop reduction strategies.
