What you'll do

• Coordinate stakeholder communications and outreach
• prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, briefings, presentations, procedures, and administrative documents
• maintain SharePoint sites, databases, records, and tracking systems
• manage patient scheduling and contact information
• coordinate inventory, supplies, and equipment
• support health coaches and meetings
• manage records in accordance with DoD privacy, records, and security requirements
• support facility administration, projects, reporting, compliance, and quality assurance.
