What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns
• support promotions and loyalty programs
• train and provide feedback to associates
• assist with scheduling and payroll tasks
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, shipments, cash reconciliation, and deposits
• support loss prevention and safety
• supervise and delegate tasks when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
