This specialist manages electronic discovery workflows from file collection and processing through quality review and production, while providing software support, user training, and courtroom technology assistance. The work helps legal teams handle electronically stored information in accordance with established standards and case requirements.

What you'll do

• Process, convert, OCR, load, maintain, and export electronic discovery data and files
• conduct quality assurance reviews and check incoming productions against ESI specifications
• prepare productions to meet court directives and internal standards
• provide help desk support and train legal staff on applications and workflows
• assist trial teams with demonstrative exhibits and courtroom presentation technology
• develop scripts and technical solutions as needed.
