Payroll Manager

The role serves as the final control and audit point for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely pay and compliance with applicable wage, tax, and reporting requirements. It supervises payroll support staff and partners with HR, Accounting, site leadership, Legal, and external vendors to improve payroll controls and processes.

What you'll do

• Review HR-entered payroll data and audit pay calculations, hours, deductions, and payroll reports
• reconcile payroll software integrations and general ledger accounts
• oversee payroll tax filings and year-end reporting
• maintain payroll controls and access workflows
• support audits and resolve discrepancies
• supervise and train payroll staff
• coordinate with HR, Accounting, Legal, site leaders, and vendors.
