The Team Leader — 2nd Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Smyrna, TN, paying $20 per hour. The Team Leader coordinates daily production activity so the assigned area meets volume, cost, waste, and quality standards. By guiding team members, monitoring performance and safety, and helping maintain processes and equipment, the role supports reliable production and effective collaboration with the shift supervisor.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily production team activities
• validate or coordinate others’ work
• fill in for absences or when lines are down
• ensure processes are followed
• perform quality checks
• gather and enter data
• support equipment recovery and repair
• communicate with team members and supervisors
• train team members, delegate tasks, and set deadlines
• monitor performance and report KPIs
• coach team members and support department safety and schedules.
