What you'll do

• Lead infrastructure-service growth in the local market
• develop relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients
• pursue opportunities and lead proposals, interviews, and negotiations
• cross-sell complementary services
• represent Apex at professional associations and conferences
• oversee municipal infrastructure project delivery, quality, scope, schedule, and budget
• provide technical leadership and QA/QC
• manage project performance
• recruit, mentor, and develop staff.
