Roofing Technical Inspector

The Roofing Technical Inspector role is an onsite position supporting the greater Charleston area, based in North Charleston, SC. Pay is $50,000–$55,000 per year, with an annual bonus opportunity. CentiMark provides commercial roofing services, including inspections, repairs, maintenance, and roof replacement. The inspector visits customer locations to assess commercial roofs and provide accurate measurements and estimates of materials and labor. The role works closely with sales representatives, supplying information used to prepare customer proposals and support roofing projects.

What you'll do

• Travel to customer locations and inspect commercial roofs
• communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• measure roofs and estimate roofing materials and labor needed for re-roofing
• work closely with sales representatives to provide information for customer proposals. Occasional overnight travel during the week is noted.
