What you'll do

• Deliver meal trays to patients’ rooms and check that residents have what they need
• work with the nutritionist on nutritional measures
• clear dining areas and collect dishes
• discard leftovers and remove garbage
• work on the tray line
• clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels, and silverware
• stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• assist with expense tracking, menu planning, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
