What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding support
• partner with leaders on sourcing, hiring plans, candidate selection, and workforce needs
• build talent pipelines
• provide onsite HR support
• address employee concerns and support investigations
• advise leaders on performance, documentation, corrective action, and workplace issues
• interpret HR policies and escalate sensitive matters
• coordinate with centralized HR teams
• review workforce trends
• improve recruiting, onboarding, communication, and HR service delivery.
