What you'll do

• Observe residents and document notable behavior and rule violations
• provide one-to-one supervision for residents at risk
• reinforce positive behavior and social interaction
• maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment
• assist with admissions, discharges, room moves, transportation, and requested amenities
• participate in residence inspections and scheduled fire and safety drills.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant full-time experience, or equivalent part-time experience, are required. A bachelor’s degree and knowledge of milieu therapy are preferred.
