The Transmission Builder role is onsite in Apache Junction, AZ, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay is $40–$50 per flat-rate hour; stated annual earning potential is $85,000–$100,000+, not guaranteed. Arizona Tire Outlet’s high-volume shop focuses on transmission rebuilding and assembly. This position exists to rebuild and assemble automatic and manual transmissions to manufacturer specifications and quality standards. The builder inspects internal components, repairs transmission assemblies, and works with the shop team to support consistent workflow and workmanship.

What you'll do

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, rebuild, and assemble automatic and manual transmissions
• inspect internal components to identify failures and repair needs
• rebuild gear sets, clutch packs, valve bodies, and torque converters
• meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• maintain an organized work area and collaborate with the shop team.
