What you'll do

• Lead client calls, planning meetings, site visits, and final-details calls
• oversee concurrent events and assign producers and support resources
• produce assigned programs from sales handoff through reconciliation
• manage and develop a small team and contract event producers
• review creative decks and budgets
• own budget updates, change orders, contracts, and expense-grid reviews
• coordinate processes with culinary, production, and warehouse teams
• oversee final production deliverables.
