What you'll do

• Assess and document current processes, workflows, reporting structures, and system use
• identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• optimize Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data models, and forecasting
• design reporting frameworks and governance standards
• develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, and other platforms
• create forecasting models and resource plans
• standardize taxonomy and nomenclature
• partner with IT, Salesforce, Finance, and business stakeholders
• research best practices
• lead change management, documentation, and training.
