The Clinical Project Manager - HOST role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with an office-day shift and Saturday and Sunday off. Compensation is $108,426.72 to $122,674.80 per year. DESC provides outreach, housing, and behavioral health services for people experiencing long-term homelessness and complex health needs. The project manager leads day-to-day HOST operations and supports consistent outreach, engagement, stabilization, case management, and transitions. The role oversees staff and program systems, monitors quality and contractual performance, and coordinates with DESC teams and community partners to support continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Lead HOST operations across service locations
• oversee screening, enrollment, assessment, service delivery, and transitions
• manage quality assurance, reporting, compliance, and budget monitoring
• supervise clinical and peer supervisors
• support hiring and staff development
