Housing Coordinator, Community Support Services

The Housing Coordinator, Community Support Services role is full-time and onsite in Madras, OR. Pay is $19–$24.93 per hour. The position is part of BestCare Treatment Services’ Community Support Services Mental Health team. The coordinator helps people with severe and persistent mental illness obtain and maintain stable housing while supporting their treatment goals. The role coordinates program requirements, community housing resources, client support, and related records and reporting.

What you'll do

• Support clients seeking housing and help them maintain stable housing
• assist with goals in Individual Services and Support Plans
• coordinate daily housing program duties and staff guidance
• collaborate with landlords and property managers
• develop housing resources
• check rental units and conduct home inspections
• participate in home visits and welfare checks when appropriate
• maintain program records, track housing expenses, and process check requests.
