What you'll do
- Assess potential residents’ clinical status and complete nursing assessments
- coordinate with primary care physicians before admission
- supervise medication management
- coordinate health-related services
- develop and update resident service plans
- oversee residents’ health-related activities
- report significant incidents or changes to the Executive Director
- ensure post-hospitalization, incident, accident, injury, or illness evaluations
- supervise staffing, scheduling, training, evaluations, and orientation of nursing and resident-care staff
- maintain a current contract with a Home Health Agency
- act as community OSHA liaison.
