What you'll do

• Review menus
• prepare food according to applicable standards and policies
• set up trays and food carts and serve and deliver meals
• process diet changes received from nursing services
• complete dietary department forms
• work with the dietician
• address and report resident or family concerns
• assist with food and supply inventory and storage
• wash dishes and complete assigned cleaning
• report abuse, neglect, and hazards
• follow emergency plans.
