What you'll do

• Supervise, develop, and schedule resident services staff
• establish and maintain a medication system consistent with applicable requirements
• assess and reassess residents and establish service plans
• manage the Resident Services Department within budget
• conduct daily quality enhancement reviews
• serve as a contact for resident-care issues
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety requirements
• provide or coordinate staff training
• communicate with residents, families, department heads, and the Executive Director
• and partner with the Life Guidance Director on clinical matters.
