• Ensure property teams comply with Fair Housing and EPA requirements and government programs
• lead regional managers on sales, marketing, and occupancy strategies

• manage rent, operating income, and occupancy indicators
• guide vendor selection and expenses
• oversee maintenance and safety
• lead emergency and insurance-claim response
• support company projects and property acquisitions or dispositions
• coach and develop team members.
