The Direct Support Professional, Youth Mental Health role is onsite in Memphis, TN. Pay is $17.50 per hour. This is a weekender position with 12-hour Saturday and Sunday shifts, either 8 a.m.–8 p.m. or 8 p.m.–8 a.m. Turning Point Home Health provides secure residential settings with education and treatment services for youth in DCS custody. The role supervises and supports youth, helps maintain safety, and implements individual and group treatment plans intended to support behavioral change and transition to a community setting. It also documents shift events and reports noteworthy changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support youth in residential care
• implement individual and group treatment plans
• help maintain safety and security
• perform duties that may include housekeeping, physical restraint, medication administration, and recreational activities
• document shift logs, reports, incident reports, inspections, and progress notes before the end of the shift
• monitor conditions and report noteworthy variations
• follow confidentiality guidelines.
