Maintenance Technician, Property Management

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Myrtle Beach, SC. Pay is $21 per hour. The technician supports the physical upkeep of properties managed by Hamilton Point Property Management. The technician responds to maintenance requests, performs preventive maintenance and apartment turns, and repairs building systems and appliances. The work helps keep residential units and grounds safe, functional, and aligned with company standards and applicable laws.

What you'll do

• Schedule, monitor, or perform preventive maintenance and apartment turns
• diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance issues
• respond promptly to work orders
• verify unit turns are completed properly
• inspect buildings and grounds
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• assist with bids, purchasing, and invoices
• provide resident customer service.
