The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Product Data Management (PDM) Administrator role can be based in Mendon, Lehi, or Logan, UT; Dallas–Fort Worth; or remotely. The posting describes a full-time W-2 contract position with 0–10% travel and compensation of $60,000–$90,000 per year. Autonomous Solutions, Inc. is expanding teams to support development work, customer projects, and product deployments. The administrator owns PLM business processes and the CAD-to-PLM-to-production data path, making engineering data handoffs controlled, documented, and repeatable. The role configures workflows, manages revision and release controls, and coordinates data and change processes so engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and suppliers can use accurate released information.

What you'll do

• Configure PLM workflows, approval routing, lifecycle phases, item categories, and attributes
• administer users, roles, and permissions
• manage CAD-to-PLM handoffs, BOM extraction, and mapping
• maintain revision and release control for CAD files, drawings, and documentation
• manage drawing and document control
• configure ECR, ECO, and deviation processes
• maintain item, BOM, and change-data flows between PLM, ERP, and CAD
• perform data migration, imports, cleanup, and reporting
• support audits and alignment with quality and configuration procedures
• train system users and document administrator configuration.
