What you'll do

• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate transactions
• assist from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation, signing, and closing
• draft, review, and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents
• conduct and coordinate legal due diligence
• analyze corporate, contractual, and transactional issues
• coordinate processes with specialists across practice areas
• advise clients on transaction structure and execution
• work directly with clients and manage significant transaction components.
