The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Danville, KY, with compensation of $35.00–$40.02 per hour, plus shift differentials as applicable. The position provides resident-centered care at Henson Park Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The schedule is a rotating four-days/three-days pattern with 12-hour shifts, 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM. The RN plans, delivers, and evaluates nursing care to meet residents’ individual needs and support safe, quality care. The role also coordinates with families and the care team, administers treatments, documents care, and monitors changes in resident condition.
What you'll do
- Provide nursing care according to standards, physician orders, and facility policies
- plan and monitor nursing interventions
- evaluate care effectiveness and develop alternatives
- educate residents and families
- administer medications and treatments
- transcribe orders and document progress
- report condition changes
- monitor skin changes
- order and report diagnostic tests
- coordinate rehabilitation
