The Fuel Delivery Driver role is onsite in Mexico, NY, with compensation of $25–$27 per hour. Heller’s Gas supplies propane products and custom fireplaces and provides service and support to residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers. The role transports fuel oil to customers and supports safe, reliable delivery through equipment checks, tank-level monitoring, leak tests, customer instruction, and delivery documentation. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; rotating night, weekend, and holiday after-hours calls are also required.

What you'll do

• Transport fuel oil and transfer it from bulk storage to the truck and from the truck to customer tanks
• verify tank information, including serial numbers
• inspect equipment and report issues
• monitor truck tank levels and stock tools and supplies
• maintain clean, mechanically sound vehicles and supplies
• educate customers on safe operation and maintenance
• inspect the company vehicle daily
• prepare work orders, invoices, and related documentation
• perform supply-system inspections and leak tests
• provide customer service. Obtain a Class B CDL with required endorsements within 60 days of employment.
