Production Staff, Cable Assembly

Job overview

The Production Staff role is onsite in Huntsville, AL, with pay of $18 per hour. High Sec. Labs’ Cables department supports cable assembly and production operations. The employee performs assembly, wiring, testing, and packaging tasks across production areas to help maintain on-time delivery, product quality, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Perform wiring, component and board installation, and cable harnessing according to work instructions
• move between production lines and departments as workflow requires
• use materials, tools, and the CORE ERP system
• test and retest cables
• verify labels, part numbers, and counts
• apply packaging codes and labels
• inspect work for quality
• complete tasks within established takt times
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
