What you'll do

• Install, service, and remove ignition interlock devices from cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
• use the PLUS system for device data retrieval and reporting
• troubleshoot issues with clients
• educate clients on proper device use
• provide professional customer service. May assist in marketing devices by giving presentations.

Why this role

Automotive electrical systems experience is preferred but not required; car alarm or remote start experience is a plus. A driver’s license is required; high school or equivalent and one year of automotive repair experience are preferred.
