Medical Scribe

The Medical Scribe role is onsite in Clearwater, FL, Monday through Friday, for a 37.5-hour work week. Compensation is $25 per hour. The role supports physicians and registered nurses at LifeWorks Wellness Center, an integrative medical practice serving patients with chronic health conditions. The scribe prepares charts, documents consultations in electronic medical records, and supports clinical workflow so patient records are accurate and appointments run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Document physician notes in electronic medical records during consultations
• prepare patient charts with relevant records before appointments
• maintain office and medical supplies
• set up and clean rooms
• coordinate with registered nurses to gather patient information
• assist with muscle testing as required by the doctor
• ensure complete charting
• assist the registered nurse team when the doctor is out
• follow clinic standards and confidentiality requirements.

Why this role
