Bilingual Counter Sales Representative

The Bilingual Counter Sales Representative works onsite in Leander, TX. Pay is $16–$18.50 per hour. The role supports AHI Supply’s new Leander location and its daily counter and inside sales operations, serving customers in English and Spanish. The representative processes orders, answers product and pricing questions, coordinates fulfillment with warehouse and dispatch, and maintains accurate sales documentation. This work helps establish consistent processes and deliver customer service from the location’s opening.

What you'll do

• Enter and process phone, email, and walk-in customer orders
• assist with product availability, pricing, and order questions
• coordinate with warehouse and dispatch
• review orders and communicate updates
• support customer pickups and will-call orders
• maintain sales documentation
• resolve customer concerns
• support the Internal Sales Supervisor and sales operations.
