The First-Shift Machine Operator role is onsite in Hebron, Kentucky. Pay starts at $15 per hour, with a $1-per-hour increase after 90 days. Close The Loop provides sustainability solutions by recycling plastic, glass, and paper and giving materials new life. The operator runs material-processing equipment, assists with water system maintenance, sorts materials, performs intake quality inspections, and moves materials and finished products. The role supports safe, orderly operations and the company’s recycling work through teamwork and cross-training.

What you'll do

• Operate granulators, shredders, and mixers
• assist with water system maintenance
• sort materials and inspect intake feeds
• move materials and finished products using handling equipment
• assist with housekeeping
• follow PPE and safety procedures
• cross-train and work in other departments when needed.
