Experienced Field Service Technician, Manufacturing Equipment

The Experienced Field Service Technician works onsite in Lynden, Washington, combining shop fabrication and assembly with local field service at customer facilities. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with Friday overtime as needed. Pay is $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience. Source Engineering provides custom process solutions and equipment to customers. The technician assembles, installs, services, troubleshoots, and repairs manufacturing equipment. The role also performs machining and welding, supports customer projects, and helps maintain quality and safety standards in the shop and field.

What you'll do

• Assemble and fabricate equipment
• read blueprints and technical drawings
• install, service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites
• operate mills, lathes, service vehicles, and truck-mounted cranes
• perform MIG and/or TIG welding
• support production and service teams.
