What you'll do

• Process member financial transactions, account maintenance, and new accounts
• verify identity and eligibility
• balance an assigned cash drawer
• respond to in-person and telephone inquiries
• process checks, mail, night depository, and ATM transactions
• scan member and loan files
• make new-member welcome calls
• complete reports and card or check orders
• assist with collections and negative-share processes
• generate business-development leads
• and research and resolve member problems.
