Project Support Analyst — Engineering Projects

What you'll do

• Verify Equipment Change Requests and confirm quantities with engineering
• ensure GIS update requests are submitted
• confirm Asset Automation has run in Maximo and validate asset data
• verify work order tasks are completed and closed
• track Facilities Ratings Database updates and notifications
• collaborate to resolve ARC failures
• coordinate redlines and as-builts with engineering
• follow up on permit closure
• coordinate with vendors on unresolved double poles
• provide closeout updates
• complete monthly CCFs
• manage forecasts through project close
• send follow-up communications
• prepare monthly reports.
