• Lead preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, engineering operations, and emergency response
• recruit, train, coach, and manage the engineering team

• manage budgets, labor, inventory, vendors, utilities, and capital expenditures
• lead renovations and construction projects
• ensure regulatory and brand compliance
• coordinate with hotel departments
• drive energy conservation and continuous improvement.
