What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food using program menus
• adjust menus to use refrigerated and frozen food and reduce waste
• monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures
• plate meals
• store or discard leftovers
• clean food stations and wash dishes and cookware
• stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• maintain kitchen equipment
• and operate kitchen appliances.
